The Project:


The purpose of this project is to evaluate the customer service quality of Kanebo Sensai retail outlets. You are required to conduct a detailed observation on the outlets appearance, cleanliness as well the products arrangements. As a mystery shopper for this program, you are also required to experience the quality of customer interaction by the shop assistant at the designated Kanebo Sensai outlets. You have to make observation on the shop assistant’s appearance, efficiencies and knowledge of the Kanebo Sensai’s product.


The program also requires you to make a small purchase of any Kanebo Sensai’s product. You are entitled to keep the product, however we will not reimburse you for the purchased product.



An important criterion for mystery shoppers to participate for this program is that they have to be women at their 40s.


I need 5 female shoppers at these locations:


· Zurich

· Hamburg

· Berlin

· Stuttgart

· Madrid

· Barcelona



In total, I require 30 female shoppers in their 40s to this project for me.
